All cancellations must be made by email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
The down payment, which serves as the confirmation fee, differs in the type of tour you choose.
Yahnny Bly & Co. reserves the right to keep the confirmation fee below to cover costs if clients formally cancel their participation.
- Overnight tours 20%;
- 50% of tour price, if cancelled formally 8 – 30 days before departure;
- 75% of tour price, if cancelled formally 2 – 7 days before departure; and,
- 100% of the tour price if cancelled formally within two days before departure.
If one requests changes to pre-made packages, such as adding nights to the program or changing hotels or dates, a change fee of 100 USD will be charged.
Last Minute Change Fee
If a confirmed service is changed less than two weeks before the guest's arrival, a change fee of 100 USD will be charged.
Last Minute Booking Fee
A last-minute booking fee of 100 USD will apply to all bookings requested within two weeks of the guest's arrival. This fee will apply to bookings for packages and countryside accommodation. However, this does not guarantee confirmation and will only be charged for confirmed bookings.
Yahnny Bly & Co. does not charge anything for most travel bookings. We receive commissions from the properties and travel providers at no additional cost.
Yahnny Bly & Co. charges a ticketing fee of 50 USD for domestic or 100 USD for international flights when booking them for you.
We may charge a planning fee for more complicated multi-stop itineraries. This will always be transparently presented.
For every trip we book, we happily share recommendations for restaurants and activities that you can either book yourself or with the help of the hotel concierge at no cost. If you prefer that we arrange those, the cost of restaurant bookings and organizing activities varies but usually starts at 500 USD per week of travel.
All prices are charged in USD.
We advise all guests to have insurance.
Validity of Prices
Yahnny Bly & Co. reserves the right to change prices already quoted or published in our price lists without notice in the event of currency fluctuation, government taxes, or any other cost increases outside our control.
Guaranteed Departures & Cancellation of A Tour By Yahnny Bly & Co.
A departure date for a tour will become a guaranteed departure when at least two bookings are secured.
All scheduled tour departures booked and secured will depart as indicated, subject to reasonable itinerary changes described in these Terms and Conditions. This guarantee is not applicable in the case of Force Majeure.
If a tour is cancelled by Yahnny Bly & Co. before the date of departure for reasons other than Force Majeure and the cancellation is not caused by your fault or negligence, you will have the choice of accepting from Yahnny Bly & Co.:
- A substitute tour of equivalent or superior value or
- A substitute tour of lesser value if no Tour of equivalent or superior value is reasonably available and to recover from Yahnny Bly & Co. the difference in price between the price of the tour originally purchased and the substitute tour or
- A full refund of all monies paid for the cancelled tour.
Yahnny Bly & Co. is not responsible for any incidental expenses or consequential losses that you incur as a result of the cancelled booking, including visas, vaccinations, non-refundable flights or rail, non-refundable car parking or other fees, loss of earnings, or loss of enjoyment. Yahnny Bly & Co. reserves the right to issue a full refund instead of the choices above at its sole discretion. Where a significant element of a tour as described cannot be provided after departure, Yahnny Bly & Co. will make suitable alternative arrangements where possible. If it is impossible to provide a suitable alternative or if you reasonably reject any suitable alternatives, Yahnny Bly & Co. may refund unused products or services as determined at its discretion.
All complaints must reach Yahnny Bly & Co. within five days from departure of the tour. Otherwise, possible compensation is not valid.
Yahnny Bly & Co. reserves the right to alter tours and itineraries due to weather or road conditions. All programs can be changed or cancelled at any moment during the trip to assure the safety of guests, staff, and local guides of Yahnny Bly & Co. No responsibility is accepted for losses, or expenses due to delays, changes of flights, or other services because of strikes, accidents, sickness, damage, negligence, weather, war, changes in schedules, or other similar causes. Yahnny Bly & Co. does not assume responsibility for accidents or deaths traced to the participant's negligence, acts of third parties, or exterior circumstances such as weather, natural occurrences, war, or other similar causes.
